SHIPPING

We currently ship within the US and to Puerto Rico. Stay in the loop by signing up for our newsletter in the footer to see where we will ship to next.

Please allow extra time for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your order will arrive in 7-12 business days with standard shipping.

Currently, we can’t ship to any P.O. boxes.

Basically, you order, we process, then ship. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order once it is placed. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.  It’s on the way!

Please reach out to us at info@heybruiser.com and we’ll do our best to edit your shipping address if you reach out within 2 hours. We can only try to edit orders with standard ground shipping. We won’t be able to change expedited orders.

We will send you email or SMS text updates on your order. You'll get a confirmation email accepting your order, shipment confirmation with a tracking number and you will be able to use the tracking number to follow delivery updates.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed - you can’t make any edits to it. Please email us at info@heybruiser.com and we can try to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on products that are damaged or unused. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Order # must be provided to place a return.

We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your product, feel free to reach out to us at info@heybruiser.com. We can accept returns on within 14 days of the order date on products that are damaged or unused.  Order # must be provided to place a return.

Returns should be processed in 1-2 weeks.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

We recommend all unopened products be used within 2-3 years and all opened products be used within 6 months after opening to maintain freshness and efficacy.

For best results keep products out of excessive heat or cold for long periods. If a product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

We use cosmetic grade preservatives to keep our products stable and safe for use from the moment it's bottled to the time it touches your skin.

Never!!!  It is a pillar of our brand to be cruelty free and is extremely important to our founders who have furry friends themselves.

Yes, our products are vegan and gluten-free. Our squalene is derived from olives. We are proudly vegan and cruelty-free.

Our products do not contain any soy!

Our products are paraben free!

Our products are made in certified cosmetic factories in China and are tested for safety and quality. So you can rest assured that what you put on your skin is free of toxins and nasties.
